College Student Escapes Reckless Driving Charge in Richmond
A Hampden-Sydney student saw his reckless driving charge dismissed by a Richmond traffic court judge on August 7 because there was insufficient evidence to prove the Commonwealth's case. After conferring with the arresting officer and defense counsel, the Commonwealth's Attorney moved to dismiss the charge before calling its first witness.
