Drunk Driver Takes Big Hit
Client was rear-ended by a drunk driver (BAC 0.16, twice the legal limit) when stopped at a traffic light late at night. Though he survived, the accident exacerbated client's prior knee injury, and required a second operation to repair damage to the knee.
