Goochland DUI Case Dismissed
We persuaded the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office to dismiss the Class 1 misdemeanor DUI charge based on factual contentions between the prosecution's evidence and mitigating factors. While the client will likely face similar charges later, but if so, they will result in a reduced penalty than that faced originally.
