Teen's Marijuana Charge in Fairfax Dismissed
After conferring with the arresting officer and the Commonwealth's Attorney prior to trial, a 16 year old's charge of posession of marijuana was withdrawn by the Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office on grounds of insufficient evidence.
