Henrico Police Involved in I-95 Crash During Richmond Rush Hour

An early morning crash on I-95 had northbound traffic backed up between the exits 75 and 78. It is not known whether there were injuries or fatalities, but one vehicle, an Henrico County police cruiser, appeared to have sustained significant damage, and came to rest facing the Jersey wall. The left lane was closed for about 1.5 miles.
