Then, on Dec. 4, police arrested six women at several city locations, including Jefferson Davis Highway and on Fairfax and Fairmont avenues. They ranged in age from 27 to 45.

Five days later, police arrested 10 women at various locations, including Jefferson Davis Highway and on Chicago, Lamb, Castlewood and Fairfax avenues and Walmsley Boulevard. They were 20 to 47 years old.
