Richmond Shooting Victim Dies

A man found shot in a South Richmond rooming house Friday morning died May 23 at VCU Medical Center, Richmond police said.
Authorities said they are investigating the death of Daniel Adams Burns, 32, of the 2000 block of Dinwiddie Avenue as a homicide. He was shot near the base of the skull.
Police Capt. Will Smith said Friday that it was uncertain whether the victim, who was found by his roommates, had been shot at the house.
