Two Die, Others Injured in I-95 Accident in Richmond

Virginia State Police reported two deaths occurred on I-95 in Richmond on July 22 in a two-car crash. According to State Police reports, a car carrying four people pulled into the left hand lane when a tire failed, and the driver and passengers exited the car. Two people who stood to the rear of the car while awaiting aid were struck and killed by another car which then collided with the disabled car. The driver of the second car and others were seriously injured.
